The City of Edgerton is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed progression engineering firms with expertise in pavement assessment and pavement management to perform a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) to analyse and inventory the existing conditions of all City maintained roadways. In addition to the PCI, the selected firm will develop and furnish a Pavement Management Plan to provide recommendations to optimize short-term and multi-year street maintenance and reconstruction projects based on available budget scenarios.
