WORK. This Project consists of constructing chain link fencing at the downtown fire station in Juneau including various quantities of mobilization, traffic control, demolition and disposal, erosion and sediment control, excavation and imported fill, pavement and concrete patching, seeding, construction surveying, fence and gate materials and foundations and other miscellaneous improvements and appurtenances necessary for a complete project. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE RANGE: Between $50,000 and $100,000. COMPLETION OF WORK. The WORK must be completed by October 1, 2025, or 45 days from start of work, whichever comes first. SITE OF WORK. The site of the WORK is Downtown Fire Station, 820 Glacier Avenue Juneau, Alaska. BID SECURITY. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond, in the amount of 5% percent of the Bid, payable to the City and Borough of Juneau, Alaska, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement. A Bid shall not be considered unless one of the forms of Bidder's security is provided as prescribed in Section 00100, Article 12, at the time of bid. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE. All contractors are required to have a current Alaska Contractor's License, prior to submitting a Bid, and a current Alaska Business License prior to award BID TO REMAIN OPEN. The Bidder shall guarantee the Bid for a period of 120 Days from the date of Bid opening. Any component of the Bid may be awarded anytime during the 120 Days. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED.
