Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Spencer, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The total base bid price for the contract shall include the costs for furnishing labor and materials and performing all work set forth in the Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Form of Proposal, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, and Plans and Detail Specifications prepared by Chapman Technical Group. The work to be bid upon is described as follows, but not limited to: Installation of flood dam systems and other construction. Bidders are required to obtain at least one hard copy set of the Drawings and Project Manual from Chapman Technical Group in order to submit a Bid on the project. Construction time limit is 120 calendar days. Question Deadline: 07/29/2025: Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening
