Sealed Bids will be received for the mowing and weed eating at the Roane County Animal Shelter for the 2026 season. Each bidder must complete an Animal Shelter Mowing Bid Form. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed as specified, and be valid for thirty (30) days from the opening date. Bidders must have a valid business license, insurance, and meet all qualifications required to do business in the state of West Virginia. The Roane County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any information therein. Each envelope must be plainly marked as a bid for Roane County Animal Shelter Mowing 2026.
