RFP - Clear Lake Road Wastewater Extension Design The City of Eugene is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide design services for the extension of wastewater infrastructure. Design services for the extension of water infrastructure are included as a contingency item and may be added to the project scope depending on future City needs. The project will extend services along a proposed Terry Street extension north to Clear Lake Road, and along Clear Lake Road between Green Hill Road and Highway 99. The project design is expected to include a new wastewater pump station. The City reserves the right to reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements. Value: $800,000 to $1,200,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
