Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Design plans call for the renovation of a 12,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of the development of an estimated 12,000 square foot single story pre-engineered metal building that will include open equipment storage, maintenance bays, new fuel tanks, and supply storage areas. The civil site improvements include site and utility design, parking lot area lighting, asphalt paving, storm drainage design, and landscaping. The new asphalt paving will tie into the existing asphalt paving. This project will preserve or enhance safety by replacing the Airport's existing outdated and aging airfield storage facility, which preserves the Airport's ability to maintain the airfield safely. The current airfield storage facility is past its useful life and is no longer reasonable to maintain. The project is included in the City's 2025-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 8, 2025, this project is in final design. Construction is expected to begin in 2027. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
