Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Update: This project will rehabilitate Delta Highway from Ayres Road to Green Acres Road. The work will include evaluation of the existing roadway structure and may include a variety of rehabilitation or reconstruction techniques. Sidewalk access ramps will be upgraded within the project limits. This project will also include improvements to the existing sidewalk on the east side of the roadway utilizing grant funds from the Oregon Community Paths Program. The full scope of the project has yet to be determined and will be further refined during project plan development. This project may be delivered in combination with the Ayres Pond Culvert Replacement and/or the North Delta Highway Stormwater Facility Rehabilitation project.
