Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Working plans call for the demolition of a service station / car wash facility; for site work for a service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Project includes the rehabilitation of the asphalt parking lot area at the old car wash facility, demolition of the old car wash building, new asphalt pavement in the old car wash building footprint, and rehabilitation of the asphalt ready-return parking lot near the terminal. Additional improvements include new ADA compliant sidewalk leading to the old car wash parking lot, curb and gutter replacement, relocation of an existing electrical service that powers the old car wash building and abandonment of other existing utilities that serve the existing facility. The project is included in the City's 2026-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of July 16, 2025, per owner, design is complete, and construction will start late Summer 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
