It is strongly recommended that service providers apply for the Revenu Quebec attestation as soon as possible in order to resolve any problems that may arise in obtaining it before the deadline set for the receipt of tenders. Section 2.7 of the instructions to service providers, which requires that the Revenu Quebec attestation be held by service providers, stipulates that the attestation is valid until the end of the three-month period following the month in which it was issued. In addition, the attestation must not have been issued after the date and time set for the receipt of tenders. The work involves treating certain areas showing cracks by reconstructing the pavement on the Billy-Diamond road, between km 0 and km 140. The aim is to restore the integrity and safety of the pavement by eliminating existing cracks and reinforcing the road structure. The work must be completely finished, i.e. have been accepted with or without reservations, six weeks after receiving authorisation to start the work.
