Reference number: 20080043 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-07-28 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 2 The mandate consists of carrying out construction work on an advanced secondary septic system with disinfection for a workers' dormitory located at km 257 of the Billy-Diamond road. The works include excavation and land preparation, supply and installation of a certified septic tank compliant with NQ 3680-905, placement of existing Ecoflo STB-570P biofilters with replacement filter media, the supply and installation of FDI tertiary treatment systems with disinfection, the supply and laying of intake, ventilation and discharge pipes, the coordination of the discharge of treated effluents to the Rupert River, the compliance of the work with the Regulation Q-2, r.22 and to the standards in force, the commissioning of the system, including functional tests and the issuance of the certificate of conformity at the end of the work. The construction work must be completely completed, that is to say, have obtained the reserved acceptance, six weeks after the authorization to start work. ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CONTRACT, SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO HAVE AN ESTABLISHMENT IN QUEBEC OR IN A TERRITORY COVERED BY THE APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS AND WHO POSSESS THE MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS. By establishment, the Company means: "Place where the service provider carries on business permanently according to the nature of its activities, clearly identified in its name, accessible to the public during normal office hours, including authorized representatives of the service provider and permanent resources. A bid security in the form of a bond representing 10% of the total amount of the bid, including taxes, must accompany the bid. Tenders sent by e-mail will not be accepted. The Company is not responsible for picking up bids at the bus terminal or for delays in mail delivery. It is strongly suggested that service providers apply for the Revenu Quebec attestation as soon as possible in order to resolve any problems that may arise in obtaining it before the deadline set for the receipt of tenders. Section 2.7 of the instructions to service providers, which requires that the Revenu Quebec attestation be held by service providers, stipulates that the attestation is valid until the end of the three-month period following the month in which it was issued. In addition, the attestation must not have been issued after the date and time set for the receipt of tenders.
