The contract starts on October 15, 2025, and ends on October 14, 2026. It may be renewed annually for up to two additional years.A tender guarantee in the form of a certified check, money order, bank draft or irrevocable letter of guarantee representing 5% of the total amount of the bid including taxes or in the form of a bond representing 10% of the total amount of the bid including taxes must accompany the bid. Important notice Certificate from Revenu Québec It is strongly suggested that the service provider apply for a certificate from Revenu Québec as soon as possible in order to resolve any potential problem related to obtaining it before the deadline set for receipt of bids.
