the bid security shall name the Board of Supervisors Union Township as payee. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00, naming Union Township as Certificate Holder. Prevailing wages MUST be included in all bids. Force 10,000(R) concrete additive for salt protection is required in all concrete walls and floor slabs. All bids must be submitted on the required Union Township Bid Form. Bid plans must be obtained from the Township, at a cost of $75.00, at the municipal building located at 255 Pine Grove Road, Hanover, PA 17331. 717-359-7811 The required bid form and information sheet will be provided with plans. to answer any questions and preview the location of the materials storage building. The Union Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
