Site work for a transportation facility in Vienna, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

**As of August 14, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project includes primarily consists of the reconstruction of a 2,300 SF of concrete block wall. Bids shall be based on a lump sum basis as shown in the Form of Proposal. Questions can be addressed to emailing Project Manager, Randy Partika at rpartika@westemreserveport.com. A bid guaranty is required per Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 153.54, either certified check representing ten percent (10%) of the proposal, drawn on a solvent bank, and payable to Western Reserve Port Authority, or a bid bond in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the proposal in lieu thereof must accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into with the Western Reserve Port Authority, in the manner provided by law. Per ORC 153.571, a performance/payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required after the award of the contract. Bids of Corporations not chartered in Ohio must be accompanied by proper certifications that such Corporation is licensed to do business in Ohio. The Western Reserve Port Authority shall reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
