City of Treasure Island seeks to contract with a qualified vendor(s) to replace fencing with poles on eight (8) tennis courts and one (1) basketball court at the Treasure Bay Golf and Tennis Facility. Tennis Court Fence Replacement at the Treasure Bay Golf and Tennis Facility located at 10315 PARADISE BOULEVARD, TREASURE ISLAND, FL 33706. Courts 1 through Courts 8, and the Basketball Court Fence were damaged by recent hurricanes. All work to be performed in batteries of three courts at a time. All work must be completed by October 31, 2025. a) Remove existing 10-foot-high chain link fence, poles and top/middle rails from all courts from site and dispose of properly. b) Furnish and install 10-foot-tall black chain link fence; 4-foot-high chain link including nine (9) player access single gates and three (3) each 10'x10' double drive gate. c) 4' tall fence to include top rail and 10' tall fence to include top, mid and bottom rail. d) All corner, ends and terminal poles will be 3". All line posts will also be 3" and will be set as close as possible to 5-foot center, depending on distance between corner posts. All posts will be set in approximately 50lbs of concrete for stability. e) Poles on the sidewalk side may need to be core drilled. f) Top, bottom and mid rail will be 1 5/8". g) Fence fabric around perimeter of courts will be 8-guage, chain link, 1 3/4 mesh, 10 foot high with middle dividers 4-foot-high chain link. h) Player access (single) gates will be 4 foot wide by 7 foot high and maintenance gates (double) will be 10 foot wide by 10 foot high. i) Install three new 10-foot double-drive gates for access to courts, location of gates to be determined by the City of Treasure Island. j) Fence color is black All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Treasure Island Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person.
