This project was awarded to Qualis General Contractors, LLC in the amount of $356,281.10 All bids, one (1) with original signature, and one (1) additional digital (PDF) version of the original must be received before the closing date and time. All Bids must be submitted on the City's official Bid Form. All envelopes must be clearly marked "Rosselli Park Pickleball Court Construction". Bidders submitting via online do not need to submit original hard copies, must submit all requirements via online , and must submit before the stated closing date. Questions concerning the ITB should be submitted by email to dgreen@mytreasureisland.org by September 26, 2025, at 12 PM. All questions will be answered and posted on the City's website and Vendor Registry by October 3, 2025 at 5 PM. The City of Treasure Island reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, to waive technical errors, irregularities or informalities in any Bids received, and to accept the Bid which is deemed by the City to best serve the City The City of Treasure Island intends to contract with a qualified contractor to perform the demolition and disposal of existing tennis courts and construct six (6) new pickleball courts at Rosselli Park. The project shall be executed in full compliance with the engineered drawings and specifications developed by Kimley-Horn, including all necessary labor, materials, equipment and associated services.
