Police Department operations under one roof, including secure offices, evidence storage, and community engagement areas Fire and EMS station featuring a three-door apparatus bay for fire trucks and emergency vehicles A post-storm Emergency Operations Center (EOC) for coordinating disaster response and recovery Hardened construction exceeding coastal building standards Storm surge and hurricane resilience engineered for Risk Category IV conditions As of May 28, 2026, a design-builder has been selected.
