Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Burnsville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. All questions regarding the Plans and Contract Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Additions, revisions, corrections and/or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda posted by the Engineer Said proposals for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following work: 1 EA 5 Ton Rooftop Unit 1 EA 10 Ton Rooftop Unit 18 EA Electric Unit Heaters 4 EA Exhaust Fans 2 EA Electric Basboard Radiators 3 EA Cooling Only Fan Coil Units The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond.
