Lining of 8" Sanitary Sewers, 10 Liner 1 Ea Sectional C.I.P.P. Lining of 10" Sanitary Sewers, 6 Liner 7 Ea together with other related items of work as well as deliverables. Question Deadline 07/17/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % A certified check, bank draft, or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to East China Township, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount, shall be submitted with each bid. The accepted bidder shall be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. The cost of the bonds will be paid by the accepted bidder. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of bids. The Township of East China reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in bidding. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory bonds and insurance certificates for this project.
