Vendors will furnish all construction needs for the Wilcox County Fire Department Station. Each contractor can must submit a bid which includes all construction of the project. The one vendor will treat this project as a turn key when the Wilcox County Fire Department Station opens. The bid must include the following areas: (CONCRETE, EXTERIOR BUILDING, & ELECTRICAL).) Each section of the job must meet all minimum standards in construction scope of work, and completed by the deadline set by the contractor. WCBOC reserves the right to have additional meeting with contractors who turned in a bid for the project. Term: The agreement is good for the four months once the bid is open. Fire Station Building Electrical Proposal Specifications: Phase 1 o Locate all electrical outdoor panels for the future Meeh Room area. Keep in mind there will be future expansion on the facility. o EMC Meter will be installed with the intention ofmoving it once Phase 2 starts. o Wire up electrical motor on the rollup doors. o All electrical wiring will consist of 12-gauge wiring. o Install (4) LED Bay lights under the (2) bays. o Install Emergency exit lights at the (2) exits areas. o Install outdoor light fixtures (2) on the exterior ofthe building Fire Station Building Parking & Front Area Phase 1 Construct a 40' x 15' concrete pad on the front side ofthe bay area. The concrete should be 6" reinforced concrete that will support the weight of(2) pumper fire truckers holding 8,000 gallons total. The pad must have a smooth finish
