The Klamath County Maintenance Department invites written sealed bids, from Licensed Contractors, to Build a new section of parking lot and other improvements at the Community Corrections - Probation Department 3203 Vandenberg, Klamath falls Oregon. This project is subject to Oregons prevailing wage rates. All Bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit (Bank), or Bid Bond, payable to the Klamath County in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Klamath County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may for good cause reject any or all bids upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so. Klamath County reserves the right to rescind the award of any contract at any time before the execution of said contract by all parties without any liability against the County. All bids are subject to Oregon Law bid procedures. Questions pertaining to the terms and conditions of the ITB shall be submitted in writing no later than 2:00 p.m. on July 3, 2025.
