Questions Due Date: Jul 15th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT East Prospect Borough Council hereby authorizes James R. Holley & Associates, Inc. to act on their behalf by opening bids. Bids will be considered and the contract awarded at a regularly scheduled or continuation meeting of Borough Council based on the recommendation of the Engineer. Work shall consist of, but not be limited to, crack sealing several streets within East Prospect Borough. A bid bond or certified check made payable to East Prospect Borough in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the sealed bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Each bidder shall be prepared to submit evidence of their qualifications to perform the work. The Borough reserves the right, which is agreed and understood by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn by the bidder for 60 days after opening of bid proposals.
