Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Belleville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The Owner (Village of Belleville) shall furnish and install the proposed park signs (2) as indicated in the project documents. One shall be at Carolina St Park and the other at Albert St Park. The contractor shall coordinate with the Owner on these items. o Phases: Three (3) project phases for construction over two (2) separate parks. o Erosion Control: Erosion mat, silt fence maintenance, sediment logs, and stormwater swales. o Site Improvements: Concrete sidewalk improvements, concrete sidewalk, asphaltic concrete pavement, dense grade base, park benches, bike racks, landscaping, ADA playgrounds and surfacing, park signs, and site signage. o Electrical: Electrical service, site lighting and underground conduit. o Utilities: o Underdrain installation o New water service connection o New electrical service and connection o Site stormwater o Shelters: Site pre-fabricated open-air shelters. o Site and Turf Restoration: Site and turf restoration, plantings, general site clean-up and amenities installed. o Proposed Schedule: tentatively award the work by August 4, 2025. The anticipated substantial completion date for Phase 1 is June 5, 2026. Phase 2 substantial completion is July 3, 2026, and Phase 3 Substantial Completion is August 28, 2026. The Final Completion date for the entire project is September 25, 2026. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
