The City of Raleigh is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from construction management at risk (CMAR) firms with expertise in the construction of parks, play space, restroom facilities, open space, river access, river overlooks, boat launch facilities, stream restoration or similar experience. The Neuse River Park Improvements Project will include park development, improving access to the Neuse River, and creating new recreational opportunities for residents and visitors.
