Notification of Award will be on September 30, 2025 The City of Wauwatosa is requesting proposals from qualified construction managers for Construction Management at Risk (SMaR) services associated with a proposed city library and city hall renovation and expansion project. This Request for Proposal is comprised of two distinct phases of work: 1. Phase I - services related to project budgeting of multiple design scenarios, collaborating with the selected architect on constructability approach, schedule development and overall phasing of construction activities. Confirmation of project budget, schedule and phasing of a preferred design concept. The deliverables generated during this phase of service will assist the city in determining the ultimate direction of the project. 2.
