No Proposal may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of ninety (90) days. Work To Be Done: The Work to be completed for Professional Cleaning Services is described briefly as follows: The City of Flowery Branch is seeking qualified and experienced cleaning companies to provide professional janitorial and custodial services for various government-owned buildings and facilities. Interested firms must demonstrate the capability, reliability, and experience necessary to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation standards expected in public buildings. It is understood that the selected Contractor will furnish all necessary cleaning supplies, tools, equipment, etc. for the completion of work in a timely and organized manner. The Contractor will not disturb papers or personal items left on desks and tabletops. The City shall provide paper products, hand soap and trashcan liners as needed. Masking agents will not be used in lieu of proper cleaning and disinfecting techniques. All cleaning services, unless otherwise approved, must be conducted during business hours on scheduled set days. Unauthorized contact regarding the bid with other City of Flowery Branch employees may result in disqualification. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City of Flowery Branch. Vendors should rely only on written statements issued by the correspondent. Reservation of Rights: Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Proposals and to reject the Proposal of any Proposer if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Proposer, whether because the Proposal is not responsive or the Proposer is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Owner.
