supply and deliver three (3) Seek AttackPro S Thermal Imaging Camera Kits and minimum of eight (8) with potential of eleven (11) Seek FirePro 300 Cameras along with three (3) Seek FirePro Double Bank Chargers accessory for the Merrimack Fire and Rescue Department in accordance with the enclosed detailed bid specifications and following conditions. Bids must be sealed, marked "Bid on Thermal Imaging Cameras - Fire" and returned to the Town of Merrimack, Finance Department, 6 Baboosic Lake Rd, Merrimack NH 03054 by the date and time specified above. It is the bidder's responsibility to confirm the bid is received by the Finance Department by the date and time specified. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and to accept the bid which best serves the interest of the Town.
