Finish grade shall be a continuation of the existing slope of the perimeter of the pond to the bottom elevation of 26.5i. Pay limits shall be calculated on a Lump Sum basis. To the full extent possible prevent spilling excavated material out of trucks onto roads i.e., the pond access road, office parking areas, and Trigg Rd. entrance as well as City of Ferndale and Whatcom County Right of Ways. Excavated material shall be dumped at an acceptable approved dump site. Pay limits shall be calculated on a Lump Sum basis. In the event that Haul Permits from either City of Ferndale and/or Whatcom County be required it is the Contractors responsibility to apply for and obtain Permits.
