Thornton Terrace Pond Enhancements The City of Ferndale seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms experienced in stormwater design, planning, permitting, and construction-phase services for the Thornton Terrace Pond Enhancements project. Work will include stormwater retrofit and facility design, permitting and phased planning, bid-ready PS&E, and construction support. The City reserves the right to reject any submittals and to waive informalities. Minority- and women-owned firms are encouraged to respond. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
