Site work and new construction of a retail development in Ferndale, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
Please see the Invitation to Bid regarding how to obtain documents. Remove and dispose of the existing shop building as per Whatcom County requirements. Build a new shop building according to the approved plans and specifications, engineering, and associated permits, including all conditions associated with any site-specific issues, and the approved permits for this project. Special attention should be given to the Storm water report provided by Latta engineering and included in the contract documents. The system described and designed by Latta engineering shall be included in this scope of work. Questions or clarifications for the storm water system shall be directed directly at Latta Engineering. The plans, specifications, engineering, and permits, as well as this scope shall constitute the contract documents. This project is and shall be subject to all applicable rules associated with a "prevailing wage" project. All proposals must be on the Bid Proposal form provided by the Whatcom County Cemetery, District #7 Enterprise Cemetery, District #7 reserves the right to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any, and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights.
