Please email Catherine Knisley for full RFP. There is a 10% M/WBE requirement for this service contract; however, a company may attest they will self-perform the entire contract. If your company will perform all work under this contract without the use of subcontractors or subconsultants, then submit Affidavit 'B' only from the M/WBE section of this package. Question Deadline 07/22/2025 at 12:00 PM ET - Technical questions must be submitted in writing by the End of Question Period to Catherine Knisley at catherinek@cityofws.org to be answered by written addenda. Pre-Bid Meeting Description: The purpose of this conference is to explain the scope of work as it relates to sweeping services at the property. Qualified vendors are REQUIRED to attend this pre-bid so that they may have an opportunity to inspect the areas included in the proposal. The project manager will be present to answer any questions. The City of Winston-Salem will not consider bids from companies who do not have a representative present at the pre-bid and/or who fails to record their attendance on the sign-in sheet. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
