Gates at tawannag@cityofws.org cc: Matt Franklin robertmf@cityofws.org. Pre-bid Info : The City will not consider bids from firms who do not have a representative attend this pre-bid conference. A sign-in sheet will serve as the record of attendance. Interested bidders are required to reach out directly to the Owner to obtain a set of the bidding documents. Scope Warranties in this document are in addition to any statutory remedies or warranties imposed on the Contractor. The Contractor expressly warrants and guarantees to the City that all work performed under this Contract is constructed in strict accordance with the project specifications and is free from all defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date indicated on the Final Inspection Memorandum. A copy of the Final Inspection Memorandum, including the date of expiration of the two (2) year warranty, shall be sent to the Contractor. During the warranty period, the Contractor further expressly warrants and guarantees to the City that all work performed on this Contract and materials incorporated shall maintain structural and functional integrity, normal wear and tear excepted.
