Salt, bagged contract The city of st. Louis is looking for qualified suppliers to furnish its requirements for salt, bagged for a period Of three (3) years from date of award, including the city's consideration for two (2), one (1) year extensions From the date of expiration. The supply commissioner reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time when she/he determines that the Vendor shall have failed to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract. Unless otherwise stipulated, it is hereby agreed that salt, bagged will be delivered to the city of st. Louis Departments with no additional delivery charges. Question deadline 07/16/2025 Response: Required License collector's office (314) 622-4528 (business license application) The right to reject any and all bids is reserved, and the supply commissioner reserves the right to make awards on an item basis, or on a total award basis, whichever, in his/her opinion, is for the best interests of the city of st. Louis. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a performance bond or cashier's check, for a reasonable amount determined by the supply commissioner.
