To provide UTMB pricing for the Steel Scope: Add additional support for new switchgear and HVAC equipment in the M94 Parking Garage #2 on the UTMB Galveston campus. A site walk can be requested to verify location and materials. Please provide a lump sum quote for all work packages you desire to bid (Including Sales Tax on the material & 3rd Party Rentals). Late subcontractor quotes submitted MAY NOT be used in our bid to the client, which would preclude our using these bids when the project is awarded. Please do your best to ensure all quotes are submitted prior to the above deadline.
