Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Peachtree City, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Peachtree City Water & Sewerage Authority will be receiving separate sealed Bids for all material, labor and equipment for the "54/74 Sanitary Sewer Line Replacement". This includes the following, with all related accessories as shown on the Construction Drawings and called for in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications: The scope of work for this project includes constructing approximately 383 lineal feet of 8" PVC sanitary sewer, jack and bore 375 lineal feet of 16" steel casing and install 350 lineal feet of 8" DIP sanitary sewer of which 248 lineal feet will be carrier pipe within the casing, pipe bursting of 278 lineal feet of 8" ductile iron pipe and replacing with 8" HDPE sanitary sewer, abandon and fill with flowable fill 617 lineal feet of 8" sanitary sewer, and installing (6) six sanitary manholes at the intersection of State Routes 54 and 74. Other works associated with the project include replacing concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramp, asphalt, and existing utilities that are in conflicts. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5%, and shall be subject to the conditions provided in Section 00 21 13 "Instruction to Bidders." Each Bidder is required to submit a "Construction Contractors Qualification Statement", "Bid Security", "Bid Form", Non-Collusion Affidavit", and "Security and Immigration Compliance Affidavit" as outlined in Section 00 22 13 "Supplementary Instructions to Bidders." The Peachtree City Water & Sewerage Authority will receive sealed bids until 2pm on 7/31/2025 at 1127 Highway 74 South, Peachtree City, GA 30269. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. The contract will be awarded to the low, responsive, and responsible bidder with reservation of right to reject all bids. Bids may not be withdrawn by Bidders for 60 days following opening of the bids. The project shall be Substantially Complete within 90 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed of the contract. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed in the amount of $250.00 per day for each calendar day required to achieve Substantial Completion. The project shall be Final Complete within 30 days after substantial complete. The Peachtree City Water & Sewerage Authority provides assurances to Bidder that all anticipated Federal, State, and Local Permits along with anticipated Rights of Way and Easements have been obtained or will be obtained by NTP. The Peachtree City Water & Sewerage Authority will not issue or cause to be issued any addenda modifying the Project Manual or Construction Drawings within a period of 72 hours prior to the advertised time for opening bids, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and State of Georgia Legal Holidays.
