Renovation of a military facility in Davis Monthan AFB, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
DLA-Tucson Reflow, Warehouse, and Admin Renovation Project The Seattle District is soliciting a project to repair, renovate, and install equipment at seven warehouses (totaling approximately 39,000 sq ft) and admin facilities (totaling approximately 6,711 sq ft) located at the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, in Tucson, Arizona. The general scope includes installing warehouse support equipment, replacing associated utility infrastructure, and revamping truck receiving/transportation flow. The construction performance period is 714 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). All inquiries regarding this solicitation are to be submitted via ProjNet. Telephone and email inquiries will not be accepted. A pre-Bid Site Visit is scheduled for 1000 on 22 July 2025. Due to base security requirements, it is mandatory (with no exceptions) that the following information and timeline be followed: No Later than 16 July 2025: Email the following information to: linda.s.obrien@usace.army.mil and Alysha.A.MacDonald@usace.army.mil. In accordance w ith DFARS 236.204(ii), the magnitude of construction is estimated to be betw een $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
