Architectural and Engineering services are sought under an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract to support Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization requirements. The effort includes planning, design, and engineering support for a wide range of facility-related projects, with specific requirements defined at the task order level. Contractors must demonstrate the capability to manage multiple task orders concurrently and provide comprehensive project planning, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors. The work requires firms with appropriate experience and technical expertise in architectural and engineering disciplines applicable to sustainment, restoration, and modernization of facilities. Contractors will be responsible for ensuring all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations, and for maintaining all required licenses, permits, registrations, and certifications. Contractors are also responsible for ensuring that any subcontractors meet the same requirements and qualifications. The contract is intended to support a broad range of facility-related projects over the ordering period, with flexibility to address varying scopes and complexities. The total estimated contract value is up to approximately $9,999,999 over the life of the contract, subject to change, and performance will be executed through individual task orders issued after award.
