Renovation of a library in Cornell, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Eight Windows to Replace Are All At Ground Level and All Are Roughly 48x48. The New Replacement Windows Will Be Single-hung Vinyl Inserts. The Bidding Contractor Will Be Responsible For: 1) Providing the City Window Measurements. 2) Taking Out Current Windows. 3) Handle Carefully And Properly Install New Windows. 4) Case the Windows in Aluminum. 5) Provide Certifi Cate of Insurance. 6) Keep Job Site Neat and Clean During Construction. The City Will Be esponsible for: 1) Providing Windows and Materials Needed to Complete Replacement. 2) Disposal, Including Old Windows. The City of Cornell Reserves The Right to Reject Any, or All, Bids and Award the Bid That is Deemed Most Advantageous to the City.
