Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond, of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the state of Wisconsin, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture, as provided by law. When submitting an electronic bid, bidder is required to deliver the original bid bond, within 72 hours of bid opening, to Cedar Corporation. This project is funded, in part, with a Community Development Block Grant. Federal Davis-Bacon Act wage rates are applicable to this project, per Federal Labor Provisions (4010).
