The Bettendorf Community School District (District) intends to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for construction of Additions and Renovations to the Bettendorf Midde School, 2030 Middle Rd. Bettendorf, IA 52722. This project involves additions and renovations to the existing middle school facility. Additions include new classrooms and support spaces. Renovations include classroom, staff lounge, wrestling room, and support spaces, including expansion of sprinkler and fire alarm systems within the building.
