Construction of a new 7,595 sf Pre-Engineered Metal Building fieldhouse, a new track, and new tennis courts. Including site work, utilities, concrete sidewalks, final grading, sodding, concrete foundation and slab, steel structure and PEMB structure, brick veneer / EIFS for the exterior finish materials, metal stud framed and gypsum board interior walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, aluminum storefront, hollow metal frames, wood doors, millwork, LVT and hard tile, painting, fire alarm, sprinkler system, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems complete and ready for use. For bids over $50,000 bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount.
