Renovation of a municipal facility in Byng, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The flues for the boilers are not venting correctly due to a design flaw. Currently the flues are venting to an outside corner, and this is not allowing the condensed air to escape the space. The condensed air is being pulled back into the intake. The following is an itemized list of items to be completed during this project. Please ensure all work done meets current building/mechanical codes. Code required lock out tag out procedures to be done. o Re-route the existing flues to the corner of the building by the louver wall o Install new flues to run up the corner to be discharged over the top of the cafe roof o Ensure all joints are sealed o Ensure all parts and pieces meet mechanical and building code standard.
