Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mequon, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Mequon is seeking proposals from a select group of qualified engineering consultants for the survey, drainage and road design, preparation of bid documents, and construction staking associated with the drainage and reconstruction of Lake Shore Drive and Mequon Road. The Lake Shore Drive and Mequon Road project area are located between Zedler Lane and I-43. The project areas are shown in the attached exhibits. To the extent practical, all drainage and road design must follow the Standard Specifications for Land Development, 12th Edition (SSLD) available on the City's website: click here. At a minimum, design services should include the following items. The consultant should feel free to expand items as necessary in preparing the proposal.
