TIME OF COMPLETION: 60 working days as specified in Section 60-4 of the specifications. QUESTIONS: Direct questions regarding this Project to the Purchasing Department by email: purchasing@visalia.gov Questions must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. Bidders/Contractors must be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations in compliance with SB854 which states: A contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, as defined in this chapter, unless currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. Awarded Contractor will be required to furnish electronic payroll records for project to the Labor Commissioner. This public works project is subject to payment of state prevailing wages, registration with the Department of Industrial Relations and other requirements listed in the City of Visalia Labor Compliance Manual.
