A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** construction of improvements consisting of a new 400 gallon per minute (gpm) water well pump, granular activated carbon (GAC) treatment units, 8,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank, 45,000 gallon above-ground storage tank, pipe and pipelines, valves, appurtenances, connections, District-supplied generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS) installation and testing, electrical equipment and wiring, concrete, foundations and site surfacing (Work) at its Front Street Well site. The award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder in accordance with the Contract Documents, but the District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and waive minor discrepancies in the Bid. Copies of the Contract Documents are on file and may be examined at the office of the Engineers. A time limit for the final completion of the Work of four hundred twenty-five (425) calendar days has been set and liquidated damages shall be assessed according to the Contract Documents for each calendar day thereafter that the Work is not completed.
