Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a military facility in Lebanon, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the addition of a 14,323-square-foot, two-story above grade military facility; for the demolition of a military facility; for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
Hunterdon County Arboretum Addition and Renovations. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% (Ten Percent) of the total bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 payable to the County of Hunterdon. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive any minor informality in the Proposal received and to accept bids all in accordance with applicable law. No oral interpretations will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the Bid Documents, drawings and specifications. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing and addressed and forwarded to James Giresi, AIA of Clarke Caton Hintz Architects; by emailing jgiresi@cchnj.com. No inquiry received less than twelve (12) business days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids will be given consideration.
