Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lebanon, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work to be performed under this contract includes the reconstruction of the park's driveway and parking lot, including approximately 950 linear feet of block curb, 100 linear feet of concrete curb, 500 square yards of concrete sidewalk and driveway, concrete steps, 100 cubic yards of subbase, 1,400 square yards of dense graded aggregate base course, 550 tons of hot mix asphalt base course and 225 tons of hot mix asphalt surface course. The project also includes approximately 290 linear feet of storm drains and associated improvements. Also included in the project is the demolition of the existing playground area and grading and earthwork necessary to prepare the site for new playground equipment (by others); grading and earthwork necessary to prepare the site for new park pavilion buildings (by others); andthe installation of sewer and water service connections for the proposed park pavilion; as well as related incidental work and improvements. The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within seventy-five (75) calendar days of notice to proceed. Each bid must be made upon the prescribed forms, furnished with the Contract Drawings and Specifications, including the non-collusion affidavit and ownership statement compliance form and must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety and a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount bid and, not to exceed$20,000.00. The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver to the Owner a performance and payment bond in the amount of100 percent of the accepted bid amount as security for the faithful performance and payment of the Contract. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, addressed to the Owner and labeled for the ROADWAY, GRADING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO HOLJES SHEPPARDMEMORIAL PARK.
