Roosevelt Elementary School is located at the south west side of the site, and a number of commercial buildings are to the east of the campus. The school was built in the 1930s with additions and building added in the 1950's through the 1980's. Poly High School consists of 401,436 square feet of permanent buildings and 9,600 square feet of portable buildings. Project Description. This project consists of renovation of the all the buildings on campus. This is a DSA Project. Scope includes, but is not limited to: o HVAC installation in all classrooms, offices and support spaces (including Cafeteria and Kitchen) located in permanent buildings on site. o Projector screens and marker boards in classrooms. o New projectors and projector screens in auditorium and library. o Interior lighting and electrical upgrades to all permanent buildings on site. o New tactile signage required throughout the campus for rooms and exits. o ADA upgrades to path of travel drinking fountains and restrooms. o Campus-wide Fire Alarm upgrades. o Interior and exterior paint for all permanent buildings. o Replacing glued up wall tiles and ceiling tiles. o Parking/Ramp upgrades o Quad upgrades o Seismic upgrades for building 500 Estimated Project Construction Cost: $90M Scope of Services - Labor Compliance Monitoring. o Verify all contractors and subcontractors have submitted weekly Certified Payroll Records (CPR's) to the Department of Industrial Relations' (DIR) online system Collect and compile Local Hire Spreadsheets on a monthly basis from contractors/subcontractors o Skilled and Trained Workforce Report as applicable for a Lease-Leaseback project o Prepare and submit Monthly Local Hire report to the District reflecting all reported local hire activity o Conduct overview of requirements at pre-construction meeting and provide all related materials and forms o Conduct a comprehensive, hands-on training with payroll administrators employed by contractors submitting certified payroll records. Trainings are conducted at the start of each project for the prime contractor and all subcontractors, and on as "as needed basis" through-out the life of the project. All requirements, forms/materials are provided and review. The flow of document and time line for submission is established. o Provide technical assistance and administrative support forthe processing of Public Records Requestsincluding but not limited to: o Log and track receipt of all Public Records Requests submitted to LBUSD o Prepare and send initial response letter acknowledging receipt of each Public Records Request. o Coordinate with District staff and project management team to either respond in full to the Public Records Request or assist by responding in part to request, depending upon practical aspects and logistics of locating and gathering records. o Maintain an electronic copy of all records provided
