Reference Number 0000298021 Question Acceptance Deadline 18-Jul-2025 12:00:00 PM EDT Bid Intent Deadline 31-Jul-2025 12:00:00 PM EDT The degradation of interior and exterior station assets is a normal occurrence and can be attributed to many reasons, including but not limited to asset age, wear and tear and exposure to the elements. The intent of the State of Good Repair program of Metrolinx is to rehabilitate interior and exterior station assets to ensure the customer and staff experiences are not impacted by any potential health and safety risks at the station. To support the obligations stated above, the Facilities Management Division requires the services of engineering consultant to provide emergent tasks covering technical support on an as required basis from design and construction to final handover. It is the intention of Metrolinx to establish contracts with a minimum of two (2) Proponents, and generally three (3) or more Proponents. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.metrolinx.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
