Renovation of a medical facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This project involves replacing dated equipment and improving department flows within MDRD. This will work around a 24/7 hospital operation located on the basement floor in the south wing of NYGH's Main Site. This project will consist of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. NYGH infection control requirements must be followed for this project (including ante rooms, negative air machines, solid hoarding, sticky mats, negative pressure testing, HEPA vacuum, disposable coveralls, IPAC training & certification, etc.) As required by and in coordination with NYGH's infection control office. The successful contractor will be responsible for IPAC barriers & requirements within the construction area. Other trades working on the job will be directed by the owner in coordination with the contractor awarded in this scope of work.
