Inspect and remove Pavilion wood members that are water damaged, rot, structurally unsound and replace with new wood members for the Pavilion. Review infrastructure with owner's representative. Remove main wood beam supporting the second floor and install new galv. steel beam, reconnect second floor joists. Provide all temporary supports as required for the work. Provide new stainless-steel brackets for connections to wood posts, beams, brackets. Remove and store existing 1st and 2nd floor decking, stair, benches, railings and store on site in a raised weatherproof container for contractor reinstallation. Remove and install new roof underlayment felt, shingles, plywood and install new plywood, underlayment roof felt and asphalt shingles, provide all roof flashing. Azek trim facia and other trim locations. Provide painting to match existing colors. Provide new lighting as detailed. Paint/stain underside of roof sheathing. Provide penetrating wood sealer on all non-painted wood.
